Considering the growth opportunities in the engineering sector and the industry expressing the need of skilled & semiskilled manpower. We, as an organization have taken up a social initiative to bridge the gap between requirement of skilled manpower of the Industry by Training the rural BPL youth and linking them to Employment in the Engineering sector.
We have started a training center at our premises with partnership of IL&FS Cluster Development Initiative Ltd to cater to the needs of Trained Welders in the Industry. We have initiated training in the following traits in the Engineering sector
(i) Basic Welding Gas (ii) Basic Welding Arc (iii) Gas Cutting
The modules on (i) to (iii) above would be 15 days module each and a total of 30 day module (8 hours a day) selected in combination of any 2 of the 3 modules based on the need After 1 month of training for the above mentioned traits, we work with IL&FS to help place these trained welders in various companies for Jobs.
